The children have settled into Havergal and have made lots of new friends.

Learning in our Reception class is a balance of child-initiated play and adult led sessions. We believe that this leads to the best levels of progress and well-being for our children, and we ensure this is achieved by building on the children’s interests, motivation and developmental stage.

We have both an  indoor and outdoor area. Your children will play with water and create wonders in our  Mud Kitchen.  

We want our children to be independent and not rely on adults for every small issue, so we support and encourage them to find ways to resolve conflict, solve problems and make connections in their learning.
