Grinch Day!
We had a fantastic day on 'Grinch Day'. The children really enjoyed dressing up in green and completed fun activities linked to Dr Zeus' story the Grinch! Some of us read the story, described the Grinch, learned how to draw him and even wrote instructions on how he could steal Christmas! Our fabulous lunch staff put on a special Grinch Tea Party, and the Friends of Havergal sold exciting Christmas gifts at their stall to help raise money! To top off our day, we had a shock visit from the Grinch who delivered our Christmas presents! We also surprised Miss Bishop with a special book to thank her for all her hard work at Havergal over many, many years!
