The form that needs to be completed and submitted to request a place for your child on a weekly basis is now live on Google Classroom.

 

Please be aware that we are nearing full capacity, if we do reach full capacity unfortunately we will have to refer the request to the Local Authority and they may offer your child a place at another setting.  With this in mind, please can we request that parents and carers only request a place if it is essential.

 

The form will need to be completed and submitted by 8.30am on Friday morning.  This will need to be done on a weekly basis.
