Courgeous Advocacy
Courageous Advocacy at Havergal
At Havergal, children are encouraged to be courageous advocates
for justice, fairness and equality, inspired by our Christian vision and values. It means to speak up and take action for what is right for people or causes that need support even when it might be difficult. Its about helping people, looking after the world and standing up for fairness, just like Jesus did.
Courageous advocacy is important to Christians as they believe Jesus stood up for people who were treated unfairly and showed love to everyone. As a school, we want the children to follow his example by helping people and making the world fairer.
