Year 4 Home Learning 27.4.20 – Week 6
Hello to all of Year 4 and your parents and carers,
I have attached your latest home learning activities.
For DT, I have asked you to bake some biscuits. On the 25th April, it was ANZAC Day. This is the Australian and New Zealand equivalent to Remembrance Day in the UK. With that in mind, I thought I would include two yummy classic New Zealand biscuit recipes for you to try: ANZAC biscuits and Afghans. Alternatively, you could make your own favourite biscuit recipe.
I have also really enjoyed seeing so many of you completing your online learning and also the work and pictures you have uploaded for me to see. Some of you have managed to upload work and photos onto your own “Work” folder in Purple Mash which has been brilliant. However, if you don’t know how to do this, don’t worry but I can’t wait to see all of your home learning activities when we are back in school.
I have continued “Cracking Contraptions” on 2Annimate for computing because I know some of really enjoyed it and some of you found it tricky and so need some more practise. There is also a class blog set up on Purple Mash for our computing challenge.
Remember to stay home and stay safe,
🙂 Mrs Towlson
